Understanding Your Compensation – Online Course
Audience: All employees (at anonymous company).
Purpose: This was an optional online course created for all employees to transparently understand how their compensation is determined.
My Role: I end-to-end developed (including narrations), designed, and deployed this online course. I created the course based on a PPT storyboard provided from the liaison Subject Matter Expert. With this provided PPT storyboard and some back-and-forth with the SME, I developed/designed the course in Articulate Storyline.
