Local Learning Administrator User Guide

Audience: All company Workday Learning Local Learning Administrators

Purpose: This was roughly a 60-page User Guide to cover all Local Learning Administrator business processes for a company LMS system – Workday Learning. Workday Learning is a cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) that updates frequently. Business process steps in the LMS change frequently and documentation was critical.

My Role: I wrote, edited, proofread, and maintained the User Guide in partnership with the LMS Product Owners and Business Analysts. This document was originally derived from a 10 – 15 page generic document provided from the vendor. I tested and documented process steps as the Workday Learning system frequently rolled out updates. It was my job to create the document after consultations with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
