Empowering Our Employees to Respond – Online Course
Audience: Canada Managers (at anonymous company) who have direct report staff that are customer facing and/or interact with additional third parties.
Purpose: As part of a larger program, this online compliance course focused on empowering employees to appropriately respond to discriminatory and offensive customers and third parties.
My Role: I end-to-end developed (including narrations), designed, and deployed this online course. I created the course from basic job aids and various intake meetings with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders.
