Workday Learning Resources Page and Quick Guides

Audience: LMS Administrators and Learning and Content Authors

Purpose: I created the landing page and the resources for various Workday Learning business processes— Workday Learning was the company cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS). These resources consisted of over 20 quick guides, a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section, glossary terms section, etc.

My Role: I wrote, edited, proofread, and maintained the resources page, quick guides, and all associated visuals (screen captures primarily). This required me to verify all documented business processes through testing and consultation with subject matter experts.
