Audience: Direct Support Professionals ( or also known as PCA’s) at Phoenix Residence, Inc.

Purpose: I created a screen-shot driven manual to assist new employees at Phoenix Residence, Inc. PRI uses a documentation system called Therap. The manual introduces the core concepts of Therap and navigates the user through the newest  Therap interface.
